Payment & Delivery

Payment is made by Worldpay, a secure and highly respected payment services provider.

When you place an order you will be forwarded to the payment provider secure website which will handle the financial transaction. Processing your credit/debit card details on their website ensures that this information is handled using the latest security measures and your details are protected at all times. No credit card details will be taken or held by My Eco Hamper.

1.    How are ordered delivered?

We currently use Royal Mail or for heavier items a courier service usually DHL.

 

2.    International Delivery.

We do accept orders to non-UK destinations. Our delivery areas and charges are listed below.  Please note that you are liable for any overseas tax and customs charges that may be due.  

 

3.    Delivery Charges & Options.

Delivery Charges are as follows:

 

UK Mainland

Orders up to £50 - £5.95

Orders from £50-£100 - £3.95

Orders over £100 - free

 

Other Delivery Areas

4. How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver within 5 working days, if you order Monday - Friday before midday. Most orders are dispatched the next day by Royal Mail or if heavy, by 48 hour courier. During seasonal peaks this may vary. If we think there will be a delay we will of course, make every effort to keep you informed. During postal strikes times may vary.

5. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver domestically to the UK and Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and for an additional cost, overseas International.

6. Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we do not currently support multiple delivery addresses per order on our web site however if you contact us by email or phone we can make separate arrangements which may incur an additional postage cost.

What happens if I am out? If you are out when your order arrives a card will be left explaining where the parcel has been left e.g. with a neighbour. If a safe place can not be found, your parcel will be returned to the nearest depot where you can arrange for it to be redelivered or collect it in person (remember to take suitable id such as a drivers license).

7. What happens if a package is returned to you because it is undeliverable?
Occasionally, we will have a package returned to us because the courier or Royal Mail were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-dispatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a refund excluding delivery charges.

 

8. My order islate, what can I do about it?
You will receive an email from My Eco Hamper once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 6 working days (UK only) please contact us as soon as possible.
